Chun Chu Chen

Chun-Chu (Bamboo) Chen is an assistant professor in the School of Hospitality Business Management, starting in 2018. Dr. Chen teaches an introductory hospitality course, an upper division revenue management course, and tourism courses at the Vancouver campus. His research focuses on the consumption of hospitality/tourism experiences and well-being. Dr. Chen has published nearly 30 peer-reviewed papers, and a majority of them are in top-tier hospitality and tourism journals. Before joining the Carson College of Business, Bamboo was a faculty member at Pennsylvania State University (2013-2014) and the University of Idaho (2014-2017).
