Donna Paul

Dr. Paul is an associate professor in the Department Finance and Management Science where she teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in Corporate Financial Management. She conducts research on corporate policy and decision-making with respect to aligning managerial and stakeholder interests, determining optimal financing and payout structures, and making domestic and international capital investments. Her research has been published in journals such as the Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, Journal of International Business Studies, and Financial Management. Dr. Paul has received an Exceptional Professor award from the Associated Students of Washington State University and an MBA Professor of the Year award. She previously worked in the Corporate Treasury Department of the Petroleum Industry of Trinidad and Tobago.
