Vincent Compeau

Joe Compeau is a clinical associate professor in the Department of Management, Information Systems, and Entrepreneurship at the Pullman campus. He teaches MIS 250, both the lecture and online versions. Prior to joining WSU, he taught at the Ivey Business School (2007-2015), Queen's University (2001-2006), University of Calgary (1998-2000), and Carleton University (1995-1998). He has taught Introduction to Information Systems as well as courses in strategic information systems, project management, and consulting field projects. He has worked as a private consultant, mostly to the SME market and with a number of start-ups, focusing on the strategic use of IS and the training and adoption of new technologies. Joe holds a B.A. in American History from Western University and an MBA from the Ivey School of Business.
