Born in Hong Kong with family originated from Shanghai, Chiang held various management positions with European and American Fortune 500 corporations in America and in Asia. With his background in airline pricing and revenue management, the global hospitality professional is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Hospitality Business Management at the Washington State University. His research focus is senior living business management. Talented in communications, the American Chinese speaks fluent English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Shanghainese and Teochew. Given his extensive life exposures, the global netizen is also culturally sensitive. He appreciates diversity and networks well in multi-dimensional teams to deliver innovative solutions. Kelvin obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan and his Master of Science in International Hospitality Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Happily married to Crystal, Kelvin is the father of Matthew, Mark and Michael. As an advocate of the vision that "the local church is the hope of the world", the Christian enjoys serving the community with his family through church ministries.
