Curriculum Vitae

I’m an enthusiastic business professional with over 30 years of diverse business management and leadership experience. I have well-rounded perspectives from the hospitality, technology, agriculture, and financial industries and within a variety of organizational structures; from start-up and small business environments, non-profit, mid-size, and Fortune 500 enterprises. Each industry, entity type, and structure provides unique strategic approaches, market and stakeholder considerations, cultures, organizational challenges and benefits that I will share with my students. From these diverse business experiences, I have cultivated a systems mindset, ability to take solutions and teams from good to great and shift between roles from strategic leader to detailed implementor and team player. I find purpose in developing people and teams to achieve their goals and overcoming challenges, and being a positive influence in my communities.
