Mark C. Hansen is Senior Director of Corporate Engagement for the Carson College of Business. In this role, Mr. Hansen is charged to work with industry, faculty and staff to develop meaningful relationships driving hiring, internships, Online MBA enrollment, research and corporate philanthropy. In addition, he is President of Bayview Arc, Inc. an Advisory firm in the Financial Services industry. Previously, Mr. Hansen served as President of Wilshire Analytics and Board Member of Wilshire Associates Incorporated based in Santa Monica. Mr. Hansen spent 14 years at Russell Investments, where he held a number of senior positions leading the institutional business in the Americas, analytics services, Russell’s indexes, asset management and investment consulting, as well as three years as CEO of Russell’s business in Japan. Prior to Russell, Mr. Hansen enjoyed a ten-year career with Xerox Corporation in a variety of sales and leadership roles.
