Curriculum Vitae

Ramin Sepehrirad is a PhD student in Operations Management whose research interests include supply chain management, with a particular focus on product recalls. He is also interested in exploring the intersection of operations, marketing, and information systems. Ramin's current research investigates the impact of regulatory power, manufacturers' discretion, and consumer compliance on product recall effectiveness. He has published his research in international academic journals and presented at several international conferences.<br>Prior to joining WSU, Ramin earned an MSc in Management Science from Tarbiat Modares University (TMU) and a BSc in Industrial Management, also in Iran. He has taught Operations Management, Statistical Analysis & Business Processes, and Management Information Systems. In addition to his academic pursuits, Ramin has worked as a logistics analyst in a megaproject, co-founded two start-ups, and served as a management consultant in various industries, including energy, healthcare, banking, and the public sector.
