Shaun Parkinson is a Ph.D. Candidate in Management specializing in studies regarding Organizational Behavior. He joined the Department of Management, Information Systems, and Entrepreneurship in the Carson College of Business in August 2020. He earned his Bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University in Exercise Science and his Master's in Business Administration from Utah State University. Shaun brings over 5 years of industry experience in management positions, most recently managing operations for Grifols largest non-border plasma donation center. Shaun's research interests center on employee perceptions of fairness. As an extension of this interest, Shaun hopes to integrate theories regarding perceptions of entitlement in the workplace with ideas of workplace justice.
