Terence Saldanha

Terence Saldanha is an Assistant Professor of Management Information Systems at Washington State University at the Carson College of Business. He studies the role of Information Systems (IS) in helping firms derive business value and in driving business innovation. His research has been published in academic journals including MIS Quarterly, Journal of Operations Management, Production and Operations Management, among others; and in academic conference proceedings such as International Conference on Information Systems, among others. He earned a Ph.D. in Business Administration (Business Information Technology) from University of Michigan in 2012. Prior degrees include an M.B.A. from S.P. Jain Institute of Management (India, 2007), and a Bachelor’s of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics engineering from University of Mumbai (India, 2000). Prior to his graduate studies, he spent about four years working in the IT industry in the area of software development.
