Curriculum Vitae

Yun Ma is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Finance and Management Science, where he teaches different levels of finance classes (Financial Management; Financial Modeling). He is expected to graduate from Washington University in the spring of 2023. He received a Master of Science in Finance degree from Boston College in August 2018 and a Bachelor of Science in Business degree from Emporia State University in December 2016. Yun Ma’s research focuses on insider trading and information disclosures. He has two working papers: ' Reverse Timing of Insider Trading’ and ‘Forward or Backward? The Information Content of Insider Trades'.
