Chun Chu Chen
Chun-Chu (Bamboo) Chen is an assistant professor in the School of Hospitality Business Management, starting in 2018. Dr. Chen teaches an introductory hospitality course, an upper-division revenue management course, and tourism courses at the Vancouver campus. His research focuses on the consumption of hospitality/tourism experiences and well-being. Dr. Chen has published nearly 30 peer-reviewed papers, and a majority of them are in top-tier hospitality and tourism journals. Before joining the Carson College of Business, Bamboo was a faculty member at Pennsylvania State University (2013-2014) and the University of Idaho (2014-2017).
