Ethan Pickering serves as a study abroad advisor and the Coordinator for the International Business Institute. Ethan's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology and Spanish from the University of Michigan. Before coming to Carson College of Business, Ethan was an academic advisor in the DVM program at the WSU College of Veterinary Medicine. Prior to working at WSU, Ethan lived in Washington, DC, where he spent time as a logistics officer at the American Embassy in Luanda, Angola, as a case manager for at-risk/low-income families in an international middle school, as an ESL instructor for the Brazilian Army, and as a refugee resettlement specialist. Before moving to DC, Ethan served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in rural Mozambique from 2009-2011.
