Adam Bross is a PhD candidate in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting. Prior to enrolling in the PhD program at the Carson College of Business, Washington State, Adam served as an external auditor with KPMG, LLC. for three years. His interactions with clients and coworkers during this time sparked his interest in understanding how psychological factors influence employees. This interest drives his research on topics related to managerial accounting and audit. In particular, Adam's research focuses on how managerial controls impact employee performance and exploring how the actions of managers, clients, and auditors can mutually influence each other.
